Client: Viridian Housing in conjunction with PJA electrics

Area: Helford Place, Milton Keynes

Requirement: External perimeter access scaffold

Viridian Housing required independent access scaffold to the perimeter at Helford Place to enable the replacement of all external windows. Due to the fabric of the building and the client requesting that the scaffold was not tied into the building, the scaffold was erected utilising transom units and tied using rakers every 4m. This protected against any damage to the external façade of the building.
